As a Supervisor, Applications & Annunciators you will lead 15-20 direct reports that support software development for Westinghouse Plant Computer applications and annunciator systems. You will report to the Sr. Manager; Control & Information System Engineering and be located at our Warrendale, PA facility. This is a hybrid role based in Warrendale. There is no relocation assistance available for this role. Key Responsibilities: * Managing the performance of direct reports * Hiring, training, and developing resources * Establishing a culture of focusing on safety and quality as the top priorities * Evaluating resource demand from projects and developing hiring plans according to ensure long-term sustainability * Meeting labor rate goals for the team * Ensuring consistency in the software development process across the team * Incorporating lessons and using skillsets from two different plant computer/annunciator system products * Ensuring closure of issues and corrective actions * Leading product and process improvements and cost savings projects * Leading resolution of emergent customer issues * Leading the development of cost estimates for new projects Qualifications: * Bachelor's Degree in Engineering * Minimum of 10 years of experience * Experience with leading a team of engineers * Experience with I&C software application development * Experience in the nuclear industry preferred We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices.
