Job Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Applications Sales Engineer to support and expand our presence in the water and wastewater treatment industry, serving both municipal and industrial markets. This role blends deep technical expertise with strong commercial acumen to deliver engineered solutions centered on blower systems, with a primary focus on Hoffman & Lamson equipment. The Senior Applications Engineer serves as a strategic technical sales leader, responsible for driving complex engineered solution sales, influencing customer decisions early in the buying cycle, and owning technical win strategies across key opportunities. This position extends well beyond traditional application support, requiring close partnership with Sales, Product Management, and Engineering to drive revenue growth and successful outcomes. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to customers and a technical authority within the organization. The ideal candidate will bring extensive knowledge of multistage centrifugal blowers, high-speed turbo blowers, regenerative blowers, rotary lobe, and screw blower technologies, along with strong expertise in process applications, controls integration, and system optimization.
