The Director, Field Execution Lead is a senior execution leadership role within Field Operations Performance & Enablement, responsible for ensuring execution ownership, execution health, and closed loop delivery are applied consistently across Therapeutic Areas (TA) through a team of Field Execution Leads. This role serves as the people and system anchor between enterprise strategy and field reality, ensuring clarity of ownership once initiatives enter execution and that execution discipline is sustained at scale. By operating within the standardized execution system, the Director replaces variability in execution judgment with consistent expectations, accountability, and decision discipline, ensuring issues are identified early, escalated appropriately, and resolved once at the system level. Partnering closely with Therapeutic Area leadership, Strategy & Execution Leads, and enablement functions, this role preserves TA context while ensuring execution maturity, capacity, and reliability are consistently delivered across the portfolio. Novartis Compensation Summary: The salary for this position is expected to range between $185,500 and $344,500 per year. The final salary offered is determined based on factors like, but not limited to, relevant skills and experience, and upon joining Novartis will be reviewed periodically. Novartis may change the published salary range based on company and market factors. Your compensation will include a performance-based cash incentive and, depending on the level of the role, eligibility to be considered for annual equity awards.
