We are looking for a Vice President, Insights to lead themanufacturer client, bringinga high levelof strategic thought leadership, industry perspective, and consultative partnership to help the clientidentifyand act on the strongest pathways to growth across OTC and Personal Care. This role will be accountable for elevating the quality of insights, connecting signals across the marketplace, and leading the teamthat serves theclienttoward the right solutions for theirmost important business questions. Job DescriptionYou are a seasoned CPG insights leader with strong experience in OTC and Personal Care(preferred)and the ability to bring forwardindustryperspective that helps clients see what matters, what is changing, and where growth can be unlocked. You are a strong listener and a confident advisor: youseekto understandclientneeds, but you also know how to shape the conversation, challenge assumptions constructively, and lead the team toward the best solution. You are energized by connecting dots across data, consumer behavior, retail dynamics, category trends, and business strategy to create compelling stories and clear recommendations. You inspire teams to think beyond the ask, elevate the work, and deliver insights that help the client make stronger, faster decisions.

This role has a market-competitive salary withan anticipatedbase compensation of the following range: $175,000 - $190,000. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a sales-based incentive or performance-based bonus.
