Job Description

The Service Scheduler will support the division by receiving request for installation and removal of equipment for fountain, vending and coolers.

What your day will look like:
  • Fountain and bottle/can install and removal planning
  • Enters equipment request in CONA from Lifecycle
  • Populates Full-Service Vending data in CONA for equipment
  • Monitors any errors and handles accordingly
  • Prepares work orders and distributes to service installers
  • Assists in dispatching service orders to reactive techs
  • Communicates with Sales on delivery of equipment and installation dates
  • Communicates with customer to ensure satisfactory performance of install
  • Dispatches orders and relays messages and special instructions to mobile crews
  • Works with appropriate leadership team on equipment alternatives
  • Coca-Cola USA Project management assistance
  • Coca-Cola USA and local contractor problem solving and communications for large installations
  • Performs appropriate duties as assigned by management
What you need to succeed:
  • Minimum age 18 years old
  • Valid driver's license required and obligation to maintain compliance with UNITED fleet policy
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required by position and compliance with UNITED safety policies
  • Regular and prompt attendance is an essential function of the job
  • Ability to read, write and speak English
  • Ability to maintain a neat professional appearance within Company guidelines
  • Ability to maintain safety and security of Company assets
  • Ability to utilize all Company provided resources and technology
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or 3 to 6 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Good working knowledge of computers
  • Ability to communicate effectively
Physical Requirements

Position will be required to comply with the CCBCU Personal Protective Equipment Program. Position is required to wear safety toed shoes when performing the following tasks: Operating Powered Industrial Equipment or Working in an Area where Powered Industrial Equipment is in use, Fleet Maintenance, Working with Palletized Product, Use of Hand Trucks/Dollies to Deliver Product, Cooler Services, etc.
