Overview The Construction Project Manager is responsible for successful execution, oversight and delivery of construction projects in alignment with Parkhill's standards, clint expectations, and regulatory requirements. This position plays a pivotal leadership role in the field, overseeing day-to-day construction activities, coordinating with all project stakeholders, managing budgets and schedules, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met. Some support and involvement is expected throughout the project life cycle for oversight and constructability, but most of the work will be in the construction phase. The Construction Project Manager also mentors Assistant PMs and CMs and upholds Parkhill's values of collaboration, growth, and community impact.
