Design and execute a strategic plan to establish new partnerships with industry and strengthen and solidify existing relationships. Lead the partnership development team and collaborate with campus stakeholders to develop processes and practices that result in seamless industry connections, with a focus on executive education, professional development, and non-credit offerings. Track key metrics and develop processes that utilize CRM software. This position is expected to be 50% FTE/20 hours per week. This position is a two-year position with the possibility of extension based on need/funds. This position will have the option of a hybrid work schedule (3 days in the office/2 days work from home) for those with a residence within OH/IN/KY following 90 days of training. Residence must be in the tri-state area within reasonable distance to UC Main Campus to have ability to report to campus as required. Remote work arrangements are subject to change in accordance with university policies. Essential Functions
