Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator / Workday Specialist to support day-to-day HR operations and serve as the primary administrator for the Workday HCM platform. This position is responsible for Workday configuration, HR data management, employee lifecycle administration, payroll support, benefits administration, and continuous process improvement. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and possesses strong Workday administration experience in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:
*Serve as the primary administrator for the Workday HCM platform.
*Configure and maintain Workday business processes, workflows, security roles, supervisory organizations, and job profiles.
*Build and improve HR workflows and system processes.
*Support Workday releases, testing, and feature implementations.
*Troubleshoot Workday issues for employees and managers.
*Develop custom reports, dashboards, calculated fields, and analytics.
*Maintain HR data integrity across Workday and related systems.
*Partner with the external payroll provider to ensure employee data accuracy.
*Audit payroll inputs and support payroll processing activities.
*Assist employees with benefits, payroll, time off, and HR system questions.
*Support employee onboarding, job changes, transfers, and terminations.
*Partner with HR, Recruiting, Finance, IT, and leadership on HR initiatives.
*Assist with year-end reporting, audits, and compliance activities.
*Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance HR operations.
*Perform additional HR operational duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:
*4+ years of HR Operations, HRIS, or HR Administration experience.
*Hands-on experience administering Workday HCM.
*Strong understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle processes.
*Experience supporting payroll administration.
*Experience creating Workday reports, business processes, and workflows.
*Excellent organizational and project management skills.
*Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidential information.
*Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
*Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
*U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident, or otherwise authorized to work as outlined by federal requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:
*Workday Pro Certification.
*Experience with Workday security configuration and calculated fields.
*Experience supporting high-growth or startup organizations.
*Experience partnering with third-party payroll providers.
*Strong process improvement and HR systems optimization experience.
*Experience working cross-functionally with HR, Finance, IT, and Recruiting teams.
