What to Expect
The role of the Ownership Loyalty Advisor is to act as a dedicated resource for Tesla owners. In doing so, you will educate, inspire and skillfully guide owners through the vehicle purchase and configuration process. Ownership Loyalty Advisors, have the opportunity to advise clients throughout North America, all while providing an exceptional experience. We expect members of this team to become experts in all Tesla products (vehicle and energy) and the direct-from-manufacturer sales model that has made Tesla an innovator in the automotive industry. The ideal candidate will possess superior interpersonal and communication skills, unshakable moral fortitude, and a strong awareness of appropriate behavior when supporting customers.
What You'll Do
- Respond to all reservation and new ownership inquiries across multiple contact channels in a timely, accurate manner that reflects Tesla brand values
- Utilize a consistent contact process to follow-up, nurture, and close leads generated by marketing campaigns, while maximizing phone time and adhering to activity metrics
- Achieve company vehicle order targets by conducting business dealings that create a superior prospect experience
- Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and Tesla vehicle/production talking points through ongoing training and collaboration with technical departments
- Maintain data integrity in Tesla's CRM system and tools, adhering to required processes for all customer and lead information
- Proactively collaborate with retail, delivery, and marketing teams to ensure an outstanding customer experience, while providing feedback on website improvements and marketing campaigns
- Drive continuous improvement of purchase-related processes, escalate matters requiring senior management input in a timely manner, and perform other duties as assigned
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's Degree preferred; relevant customer-facing experience accepted in lieu of a degree
- Strong attention to quality and detail with excellent learning ability
- Collaborative team player with the ability to prioritize effectively and manage shifting priorities
- Excellent oral and written communication and relationship management skills
- Valid identification required in the country of application
- Ability to obtain appropriate state licensing where applicable; Tesla provides guidance and monetary assistance in obtaining licenses
- Licensing process must be initiated by the third week of employment; failure to obtain licensure by the second month will result in termination
