Position Details: As an Executive Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will play a critical role in delivering a polished, high-touch experience for executive candidates, hiring leaders, and internal partners throughout the executive recruiting process. In this highly visible role, you will help keep complex executive searches organized, on track, and moving forward by coordinating interview scheduling, communications, documentation, candidate logistics, and process support. You will report to the Director of Executive Talent Acquisition and be based at our Lake Forest, IL headquarters. This role offers a hybrid work environment, with an expectation to be onsite 2 days per week. This is an hourly position that typically does not require more than 40 hours per week. You Will:
