Exciting Opportunity at MSK: Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSK) is seeking a Biomedical Engineer I to join our Biomed/Clinical Engineering team within Health System Operations. This role supports the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of medical devices and healthcare technology across MSK's growing network of clinical locations. Our Biomed/Clinical Engineering team manages more than 41,000 medical devices across 25 sites, including locations in Manhattan, New Jersey, Long Island, and Westchester. This position offers the opportunity to work with a wide range of medical technologies while supporting patient care, equipment safety, operational excellence, and healthcare technology initiatives. Role Overview The Biomedical Engineer I is responsible for supporting the maintenance, preventive maintenance, calibration, testing, installation, and lifecycle management of medical devices and related systems used throughout the MSK network for clinical use to improve reliability, safety, and efficiency. The role combines hands-on technical support, project coordination, vendor collaboration, and healthcare technology management to ensure medical equipment remains safe, compliant, and operational.
