The Johns Hopkins All Children's Research and Education Building is home to our institutes, grant-funded scientists, innovative graduate medical education programs, cutting-edge Center for Medical Simulation and Innovative Education, and Florida's only accredited pediatric biorepository. The 225,000-square-foot building, opened in 2018, is designed to promote collaboration. The Research and Education Building also serves as an educational center for pediatric resident physicians and fellows in programs with the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and the USF Health Morsani College of Medicine. Position Summary: Responsible for broad and specific responsibilities for the development and implementation of clinical education or simulation-based educational, patient safety, and assessment activities within the Department of Clinical Education or the Center for Medical Simulation and Innovative Education. Serves as an educator working closely with faculty and staff in the design and implementation of educational, assessment, and patient safety activities. Provides technical and instructional support to lower level educators. Minimum Qualifications: RN Advanced Education Specialist
Simulation Education Specialist Senior
Salary Range: Minimum 37.07/hour - Maximum 59.32/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
