Overview Element is seeking an experienced Bid and Contract Manager to lead the delivery of high-value, strategically critical bids across the business unit. A hybrid role, with flexibility and autonomy. This is a high-impact role where you will take ownership of must-win opportunities, bringing structure, governance and discipline to complex bids in a regulated, assurance-led environment. You will play a pivotal role in winning strategically important contracts and work at the heart of a global TIC organisation committed to assurance, quality and safety. Ready to make an impact? Lead end-to-end delivery of major bids, from qualification through submission.
