Summary:


This is a frontline training and coachingposition embedded with Patient Access teams at Biddeford. The Associate Technical Analyst serves as an In Department Trainer, spending most of the time on the floor onboarding new hires, delivering small-group refreshers, and providing side-by-side coaching on Epic registration/scheduling and standard Patient Access workflows. The role supports go-live/upgrade readiness, partners with leaders on competency checks, and helps close workflow gaps through observation, feedback, and training.
Note:This is notan IT analyst/build role. It's a people-facing training role focused on performance, consistency, and patient experience.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  1. Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required.
  2. License/Certifications: Certified in one or more application or other software certification/experience relevant to position required.
  3. Experience: Experience in a healthcare setting with experience in training and curriculum design preferred.
