Description Management/Leadership Summary: This is a leadership role that is a part of the Mid Coast Medical Group (MCMG) administration team, working closely with the senior director, medical directors, and all practice leaders. The position is responsible for providing leadership to the registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, medical assistants, and all non-provider clinical staff within the MHMG and will oversee multiple practices; assuring safe and quality patient care; encouraging professional growth and development; promoting teamwork and collaboration; oversight of compliance of regulatory agencies such as The Joint Commission and state requirement. supporting practice operations and management- efficiently in regards to patient care, clinical competence, and financial responsibility. Additionally, performs as a liaison and support collaboration between hospital departments for clinical and operational needs. Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
