Requirements

• Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
• Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Basic computer and cash handling skills are a plus
• Willingness to assist wherever needed

Job Duties

• Provide outstanding customer service to students, faculty, and staff
• Assist customers in locating textbooks, school supplies, and merchandise
• Operate a cash register and accurately process purchases
• Stock shelves and organize merchandise displays
• Receive and unpack incoming shipments
• Assist with inventory counts and restocking throughout the day
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
• Support the team during busy seasonal periods
• Perform additional retail duties as assigned
