Now hiring for an EPJ Operator Location: Lancaster, TX Pay Rate: $18.75 - $19.25 per hour \| 4-Day Work Week: Monday - Thursday \| 1st Shift: 7 AM-3:30 PM \| 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM-12 AM Respect the Ride. EPJ Operator Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous warehouse training or powered industrial truck training is beneficial. EPJ Operator Skills and Experience Requirements Recent Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ) experience required Crown Electric Pallet Jack experience preferred RF scanner experience preferred Warehouse material handling and order picking experience Ability to accurately pick, transport, and stage products Strong attention to safety and accuracy Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment Reliable transportation required Dependable attendance and punctuality EPJ Operator Physical Capabilities Lift up to 50 lbs. as needed Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift Operate Electric Pallet Jack equipment safely Perform repetitive warehouse material handling tasks Work in a climate-controlled warehouse environment with temperatures ranging from the low 50s to high 60s Wear required safety equipment as needed EPJ Operator Job Duties Operate an Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ) to safely move products throughout the warehouse Pick and transport orders using RF scanners Load, unload, and stage products for shipping and receiving Replenish inventory and move materials to designated locations Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Support warehouse operations and complete general duties as assigned Employee Benefits Competitive Weekly Pay Comprehensive Benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
