Description and Requirements

About the Position

We are seeking an AI Cloud Account Executive to join our North America Hyperscale team. In this pivotal role, you will partner directly with a Senior Account Executive to manage a premier territory focused on the intersection of AI infrastructure and Scale Cloud. Your mission is to own tactical execution and routine customer interface, ensuring operational excellence with our new accounts, long-term strategy delivery and partnership expansion.

This position is on a remote basis in the US with EST working hours and 20% travel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a full-cycle account manager from opportunity identification to delivery and power-on, ensuring business execution and customer satisfaction within named accounts.
  • Chase new leads and LOBs within account base.
  • Serve as secondary contact for all customer communications and serve as primary contact for defined functions.
  • Lead internal and external meetings related to supporting key customers in a global matrixed environment.
  • Maintain task trackers and ensure documentation (slide decks, reports) are up to date for assigned internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proactively schedule breakout sessions and ensure tasks are closed out.
  • Lead operational execution activities and advocate for the customer when they cannot be present.
  • Drive internal stakeholder alignment to ensure prompt communication and resolution for Customer Satisfaction related issues.
  • Gather data and build business cases to improve profitability and grow revenue.
  • Respond to RFPs in collaboration with Sr Account Executive.
  • Travel for key customer meetings (quarterly business reviews) and events (conferences, factory tours).

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field required.
  • 10+ years of proven success growing and scaling cloud and infrastructure products.
  • 8+ years of experience in a matrixed global organization.
  • Comfort and ease engaging with C-Suite Executives.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 12+ years of Experience growing infrastructure, cloud compute, SaaS or data service accounts.
  • Demonstrated success leading full lifecycle sales from opportunity identification to "power-on."
  • Experience closing on enterprise scale or global RFPs.
  • Experience driving data-driven decisions in partnership with Finance, Supply Chain, Inside Sales, Technical Sales, Services, Engineering and functional teams.
  • Strong sense of priority and communication skills to ensure clear alignment.
  • Strong documentation skillset: MS Project, PowerPoint, Office.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Cultural Competency working across Chinese, American, Desi, European, and South American cultural contexts, ensuring messages are communicated with clarity and tact.

The base salary range for this position is $150-160k. This position has a remote working schedule and has 20% travel.
