About You


You are someone who enjoys supporting and maintaining enterprise batch processing and job scheduling systems. We need someone who can work closely with team members to ensure automated processes run smoothly, assist with troubleshooting, and help support the automation team. In the role of ClaimsXM IT Operations Automation Administrator II, you will work with senior team members to help coordinate scheduling activities during development, testing, and implementation efforts.

About The Position



  • Assist in supporting enterprise job scheduling processes for Facets batch
  • Work with senior team members to help coordinate scheduling activities during development, testing, and implementation efforts
  • Monitor batch job outputs and help identify issues; escalate problems and assist in troubleshooting with guidance
  • Support project tasks by completing assigned work within expected timelines
  • Help review and document current scheduling processes and identify opportunities for improvement with team input
  • Assist with creating and maintaining basic documentation, including procedures and technical notes
  • Support the day-to-day operation, monitoring, and maintenance of the scheduling system
  • Help ensure system environments remain aligned and report discrepancies to the team
  • Work with team members to understand business requirements and assist in implementing scheduling solutions



Minimum Requirements:



  • 0--2 years of IT experience, internships, or relevant coursework preferred (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • Basic understanding or exposure to job scheduling or batch processing tools is a plus
  • Familiarity with HIPAA concepts or secure data handling
  • General knowledge of server environments or an interest in learning server maintenance tasks

  • Ability to assist with multiple tasks or assignments with support from team members
  • Ability to review job output logs and escalate issues as needed

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with guidance and support
  • Ability to complete assigned tasks with supervision while building independence
  • Ability to document issues clearly, including key details, with guidance
