To thrive as a Procurement Manager, you'll be a strategic and results-driven leader who excels at building strong supplier partnerships, optimizing procurement processes, and ensuring a reliable flow of materials that keep our business moving forward! You will play a significant role in sourcing raw materials, packaging, and MRO supplies while balancing cost, quality, and availability. We rely on your expertise to develop efficient purchasing strategies, drive value through negotiation, and support operational excellence across the organization. We value professionals who are collaborative, analytical, and committed to continuous improvement. In this role, you will lead procurement activities across multiple categories, negotiate favorable supplier agreements, and maintain inventory levels that support uninterrupted operations. You will partner closely with Finance, R&D, Marketing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Manufacturing teams to align purchasing decisions with business goals. We look to you to analyze purchasing data, manage vendor relationships, control departmental spending, and find opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
