  • Onsite/Hybrid based on business requirements.
  • Standard business hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM with a one-hour lunch break.
  • Flexibility with working hours is essential to support business needs.


Position Overview

  • A leading global financial services organization is seeking a Junior Banker Assistant to provide high-volume administrative support to a team of 25+ junior banking professionals ranging from Analysts and Associates to Junior Vice Presidents.
  • This role operates within a collaborative team of assistants supporting bankers across industry groups and business units. Comprehensive training and ongoing support will be provided throughout the assignment, making this an excellent opportunity for candidates with customer service or administrative experience looking to build a career within financial services.
  • The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule meetings and conference calls across multiple time zones.
  • Manage high volumes of phone calls and emails while ensuring timely and accurate communication.
  • Maintain and manage calendars for banking professionals, particularly at Associate level and above.
  • Arrange meeting rooms, video conferences, and event logistics across multiple locations.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, transportation, and visa applications.
  • Arrange ground transportation and car services when required.
  • Process employee expenses and ensure timely submission and reconciliation.
  • Support invoice processing and related administrative activities.
  • Assist with ad hoc administrative tasks while maintaining existing workflow priorities.
  • Provide day-to-day support to teams for operational and administrative requests.
  • Deliver phone and holiday coverage for colleagues when needed.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure seamless business support.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly:

    • Microsoft Outlook
    • Microsoft Word
    • Microsoft Excel


  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills across phone, video conferencing, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Comfortable interacting with individuals at all organizational levels, both internally and externally.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Flexible and adaptable in supporting multiple teams and priorities.
  • Resourceful with strong problem-solving abilities and the initiative to resolve issues independently.

Experience Requirements

  • 0-1 year of professional experience in administrative support, customer service, office coordination, hospitality, or related fields.
  • Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment is preferred.
  • Experience supporting teams remotely or in a hybrid environment is considered an advantage.
