Job Title: Clinical Pharmacist (Remote)
Duration: 12 Months
Location: 100% Remote (Must be licensed to practice as a Pharmacist)

Schedule:



  • Monday - Friday
  • 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM EST
  • Training Schedule: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST
  • Full-Time (40 hours/week)


Position Summary

We are seeking a licensed Clinical Pharmacist to support the implementation and ongoing management of clinical programs for new client accounts. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful clinical program installations, manage implementation activities, identify risks, and resolve post-implementation issues. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and possesses strong communication and project coordination skills.


Key Responsibilities

  • Understand the clinical deliverables and requirements of new client contracts.
  • Participate in client implementation and installation meetings.
  • Support the successful implementation of new clinical programs.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the organization's clinical product portfolio.
  • Gather, document, and validate client clinical requirements.
  • Complete the clinical portions of implementation project plans.
  • Coordinate implementation activities with internal cross-functional teams.
  • Monitor project milestones and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
  • Identify, communicate, and escalate implementation risks or post-installation issues when appropriate.
  • Participate in weekly client review meetings.
  • Manage and resolve clinical post-implementation issues while ensuring client satisfaction.


Required Qualifications

  • PharmD (Doctor of Pharmacy)
  • Active Licensed Pharmacist (Required)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams is preferred.
