Project Coordinator

This role provides critical administrative and project management support to ensure the smooth execution of the HR Transformation program.

The individual will drive cross-functional alignment by managing meeting logistics, tracking deliverables, preparing communications, and maintaining detailed program documentation.

* Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint

* Candidates must have a strong background in both Workday and ServiceNow.

* Good to Have Power BI

* Experienced in using dashboards to track and visualize project progress.

* Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

* Excellent written and verbal communication

* 10 years of experience in project coordinator role.
