Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Analyst to join a fast-paced operations team supporting charitable giving and donor-advised fund administration. This role involves managing high-volume operational processes, maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, processing financial transactions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and compliant operations.


Key Responsibilities


  • Process incoming and outgoing checks accurately and within established timelines, including logging, tracking, validating payee information, coordinating approvals, and supporting reconciliations.



  • Prepare, maintain, and update recurring and ad hoc operational reports using Excel, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.



  • Perform account and record maintenance by updating donor-advised fund information and related administrative systems while ensuring compliance with internal policies.



  • Identify opportunities to improve operational workflows, streamline administrative processes, and enhance reporting and tracking procedures.



  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve administrative issues, gather required documentation, and facilitate smooth operational execution.



  • Support regulatory and audit readiness by maintaining accurate documentation and operational records.



  • Handle multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.




Required Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.



  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.



  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.



  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.



  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.



  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.



  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.




Preferred Qualifications


  • Experience in operations, financial services, banking, asset management, or charitable/nonprofit administration.



  • Familiarity with financial transaction processing and account maintenance.



  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance and operational controls is a plus.
