The Opportunity:

  • The Corporate Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and hiring key positions for SPECTRAFORCE, Leoforce, and Bridgera. This energetic thought-leader performs full lifecycle recruiting and sourcing to support multiple internal stakeholders. The Corporate Recruiter will support global hiring initiatives across multiple regions, including but not limited to North America, Costa Rica, and Puerto Rico.

A Glimpse Into Your Day:

  • Support global recruiting initiatives and hiring needs across multiple regions, including but not limited to North America, Costa Rica, and Puerto Rico
  • Establish and cultivate relationships with hiring managers to understand the function and business need for current openings and define the interview and selection process
  • Create job postings and recommend job descriptions that accurately reflect position requirements
  • Develop a successful recruiting strategy to identify the best applicants to fill vacancies
  • Responsible for full lifecycle recruiting for corporate functions, guiding candidates from job application through onboarding
  • Establish and maintain communication with outside resources to help establish a network
    for sourcing qualified applicants
  • Build and maintain network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and ongoing relationship management
  • Conducts in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating ability o anticipating hiring manager preferences through high offer-to-interview ratios
  • Provide a high-touch candidate experience from initial contact through to offer decisions and team placements.
  • Be knowledgeable about our business and be on point for offer negotiations and HR related questions
  • Partner with senior level stakeholders to develop and enhance a seamless and flawless recruiting, interviewing, and hiring processes
  • Use market knowledge to advise hiring managers on potential bottlenecks and develop a strategy to influence the candidates decision to join
  • Collaborate internally to improve upon existing processes and develop innovative
    approaches around finding future talent
  • Maintain dashboard with accuracy while providing status reports to hiring managers on
    open roles

Who You Are:

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Minimum two (2) years of recruiting experience
  • Exceptional verbal, written and communication skills including proven ability to develop strong rapport and relationships quickly
  • Ability to offer a flexible schedule to accommodate interviews and phone screens which may occur outside of traditional business hours
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelors degree (preferred)
  • Experience with global teams (preferred)
  • Staffing or agency experience (preferred)
  • Minimum one (1) year of recruiting similar positions (preferred)
