Title: Lifestyle Brand Initiatives Manager

Location: Fully Remote

Duration: 12 months


Job Description:

We are seeking a contractor at the manager level to support the ongoing rollout, management, and optimization of property engagement platforms and additional special projects. This role will focus on onboarding new hotels, managing support requests, ensuring content accuracy, and coordinating with offshore contractors and internal stakeholders. This candidate should also have strong project management experience in managing multiple stakeholders and creating detailed and actionable project plans. The ideal candidate will bring strong project management expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to oversee multiple workstreams simultaneously.

Minimum qualifications:

* Five (5) years of experience in project management, brand management, or digital content management

* Three (3) years of experience in the hospitality or residential industries

* Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple properties and requests simultaneously

* Experience with email marketing platforms

* Experience coordinating with offshore/third-party contractors

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Proficiency in managing digital platforms and ensuring content accuracy

* Ability to work cross-functionally with global teams

Preferred:

* Two (2) years of managerial experience

* Two (2) years of developing annual plans, narratives, project planning, forecasts, and strategic roadmaps for large enterprises

* Bachelor's degree

* Knowledge of the extended stay brands, with an understanding of the nuances of the segment

* Project management/experience and ability to present to internal and external audiences

How you will make an impact

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

Property Engagement & Onboarding

* Manage onboarding process for new properties onto pre-arrival email software over a 12-month period

* Support and manage language localization

* Manage ongoing support requests from properties

* Oversee relationship with offshore contractors to implement updates and verify content accuracy (typos, formatting, etc.)

Additional Special Project Work

* Work with Lifestyle Brand Leadership, AD&C, residential to build out project plan for global rollout

* Develop in tandem with residential and brand operations, brand standards for Lifestyle residential projects

* Support Lifestyle website transition and troubleshooting over duration of contract

Training & Communication

* Develop and publish training materials, webinars, and guides to ensure hotel teams can maximize system usage

* Partner with Accenture support team to ensure hotels are responding effectively to inquiries

Project Management & Strategy

* Lead end-to-end project management of assigned initiatives

* Understand residential/extended-stay market needs and incorporate insights into rollout strategies

* Roll out standardized toolkits and ensure global alignment across regions
