We are currently hiring a full time Administrative Director of Outpatient Services for Fremont Hospital!

The Administrative Director of Outpatient Services provides visionary leadership to drive the strategic growth, performance, and innovation of outpatient behavioral health services. This role ensures high-quality, accessible care through effective program development, referral partnerships, operational oversight, and regulatory compliance. The Director champions interdisciplinary collaboration, patient-centered services, and continuous performance improvement.

Fremont Hospital is a fully accredited, 148-bed private inpatient psychiatric hospital providing quality care for adolescents, adults and seniors. Dedicated to hope, healing and recovery, we are working to transform the delivery of healthcare. Qualifications

Education: Master's degree in business, behavioral health, or a related field required; or equivalent combinations of education and experience.

Experience: extensive experience in psychiatric/mental health field including in a lead/managerial/directorial capacity.

Licensure: LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, PsyD, or PhD preferred.

Certification(s): successfully complete Fremont Hospital's Non-ViolentCrisis Intervention (CPI) training course (Blocking/Disengagement Skills Only) within 90 days of employment and prior to assisting with preventative

intervention measures.

Computer/Software programs: 35+ WPM, Microsoft Office Suite, electronic health record, customer retention management software, hospital management software.

Additional Requirements: You may successfully complete the Fremont Hospital's non-violent Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) training course within 90 days of employment and prior to assisting with preventative intervention measures. Must have thorough knowledge of JCAHO/CMS, OSHA, state, and federal regulatory requirements.
