Exciting Product Sales Specialist Opportunity with leading 3D design & manufacturing solutions provider, Hawk Ridge Systems!

In this role, you will own or share responsibility for company-wide quotas tied to designated products or portfolios. You will manage the full sales lifecycle-from prospecting and qualification through quoting, closing, and post-sale expansion-while collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams, partners, and leadership to maximize market penetration and customer success. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING IN THE PRODUCT SALES SPECIALIST ROLE




  • Drive revenue growth by exceeding assigned sales quotas for designated products or portfolios





  • Own or share responsibility for product-specific revenue targets and financial goals





  • Generate and maintain a healthy sales pipeline of at least 2.5x monthly targets





  • Manage the full sales lifecycle including prospecting, qualification, quoting, closing, and post-sale expansion





  • Create accurate, detailed CRM documentation and maintain opportunity workflow standards





  • Conduct customer meetings independently or in collaboration with technical resources





  • Update revenue and unit forecasts regularly and report progress on key opportunities





  • Prospect target industries and accounts while managing inbound leads





  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and technical teams to maximize opportunity success





  • Maintain partner certifications as required by Sales Leadership





  • Articulate product value, ROI, and competitive differentiators clearly and confidently




WHAT WILL YOU NEED FOR SUCCESS IN THIS PRODUCT SALES SPECIALIST ROLE?




  • Must be able to work 8am - 5pm with an hour for lunch



  • 5+ years of technical B2B sales experience





  • Experience selling multi-product or solution-based portfolios





  • Proven history of meeting or exceeding quota





  • Strong commercial and sales acumen with the ability to map customer business drivers to solutions





  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust across technical and non-technical stakeholders





  • Strong organizational, forecasting, and pipeline management skills





  • Ability to manage multiple deals and priorities in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment





  • Autonomous, high-energy, detail-oriented, and self-driven team player who has a strong work ethic, and thrives by prioritizing, multi-tasking, and utilizing your outstanding problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

Hawk Ridge Systems has determined that the new hire salary range for this role is between $85K and $90K per year, with an annual possible OTE of $160K. Your base pay will be based on a number of factors, including knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
