What You'll Do: Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders, packing slips, and invoices for accuracy and quality. Process shipping and receiving documentation, including freight bills, packing lists, and inventory records. Prepare, package, label, and coordinate outbound shipments using the most efficient and cost-effective shipping methods. Determine appropriate carriers and routing based on shipment size, urgency, handling requirements, and transportation costs. Track inbound and outbound shipments and maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory records. Stock, organize, and distribute materials, parts, and supplies to inventory locations and manufacturing production lines. Reject and document damaged, incorrect, or non-conforming materials in accordance with company procedures. Job Requirements What You'll Bring: High school diploma or GED required. Minimum 2 years of experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, or material coordination. Minimum 2 years of experience receiving, inspecting, and verifying materials against purchase orders, packing slips, and invoices. What Sets You Apart: Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes, documentation, and inventory control procedures. Experience preparing, packaging, labeling, and coordinating domestic and/or international shipments. Ability to determine appropriate shipping methods and carriers based on cost, urgency, and shipment requirements.
