What You'll Do:
  • Perform assembly, testing, and manufacturing tasks by following standard operating procedures, guidelines, and work instructions.
  • Receive, inspect, store, and distribute materials, tools, equipment, and products to support production activities.
  • Assist with the introduction and integration of new products and manufacturing processes while following test protocols and operational guidelines.
  • Monitor production activities, resolve routine technical issues, and recommend improvements to production planning.
  • Maintain accurate production records and enter data into spreadsheets and standard reporting systems.
  • Build technical knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and new product introductions through ongoing learning and collaboration.
  • Support and mentor less experienced technicians by providing guidance and sharing technical knowledge.
  • Follow all health, safety, and environmental procedures, including the proper use of personal protective equipment and safe work practices around high voltage, electrical currents, and strong magnetic fields.
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, testing, or a related technical environment.
What Sets You Apart:
  • Has practical knowledge of the application of standard hardware and software tools, procedures and processes acquired by advanced skills training or relevant working experience.
  • Ability to coach or support junior technicians and contribute to team development.
  • Has to deal with technical problems within own scope of influence and expertise. Communicates within area of expertise on such a level, that he/she is perceived as knowledgeable by other team members.
