Responsibilities

The Bankcard Maintenance Specialist II role provides support for internal partners, community bank clients and commercial card partners delivering reporting, analysis, settlement and maintenance to maintain a highly efficient back-office support group across multiple disciplines - fraud, debit card, commercial card, Zelle, ACH and others. May include the development of analytical methods/models to assess market, credit and/or operational risk of new and existing financial payment products.

Salary Range

The salary range for this position is $17.00/Hr. - $27.50/Hr.. Final compensation will be determined by location, skills, experience, qualifications and the career level at which the position is filled.

Key Accountabilities

Team members would maintain the day-to-day card production as well as back-office procedures, policies and processes to determine appropriate tasks to be completed. Collaborates with multiple lines of business, to understand its workflow processes and products.

    Independently manage support 40 hours a week
  • Monday thru Friday: 8AM CST - 5PM CST
  • Develop, Monitor and Maintain KPI's and Metrics for Bankcard Solutions - Disputes, Research and Maintenance
  • Identify and communicate with key stakeholders.
  • Liaise between various business departments and groups.
  • Assess options for process improvement, including business process mapping.
  • Assist with preparing monthly reporting on Key metrics, SLAs, and business initiatives.

Knowledge of policies and processes for operational risk management; ability to use tools, data, and best practices to identify, assess, and manage operational risk exposures. Regulatory Environment - Financial Services - Knowledge of and ability to help an organization adapt to applicable federal, state, local, and company-specific regulations, policies, and guidelines affecting business practices.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree. Bachelor's degree in business administration or 2-3 years' bank office, payments, and banking experience preferred.

Proficient in Microsoft Suite and Sharepoint
