Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative GenAI Analyst to join our team at SS&C Technologies. This role will focus on designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge generative AI solutions to enhance our financial technology products and services. You will be instrumental in leveraging the latest advancements in large language models (LLMs) and other generative AI techniques to create intelligent, automated, and personalized experiences for our clients.

How You Will Make an Impact

• Design, develop, and implement generative AI models and applications using various frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers).
• Research and evaluate new generative AI techniques, models, and tools to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement within SS&C's product suite.
• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for generative AI solutions.
• Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and efficient data pipelines for training and fine-tuning generative AI models.
• Optimize model performance, ensuring high accuracy, low latency, and efficient resource utilization.
• Integrate generative AI solutions into existing SS&C platforms and applications, ensuring seamless user experiences.
• Perform thorough testing, debugging, and validation of generative AI models and applications.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in generative AI and machine learning.
• Contribute to documentation, code reviews, and knowledge sharing within the development team.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations in all AI development activities.
  

What Sets You Apart

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
• 0 - 3 years of relevant experience in software development with a strong focus on machine learning or artificial intelligence. (Preferably 1 year of experience)
• Proven experience in developing and deploying generative AI models, including Large Language Models (LLMs), GANs, VAEs, or other transformer-based architectures.
• Proficiency in Python and relevant AI/ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, Hugging Face Transformers).
• Strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP) concepts and techniques.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps practices for deploying and managing AI models.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience in the financial technology industry is a plus.
