We're seeking a future team member for the role of Director, POM Product Management to join our Wealth Data Group within Wealth Services Platform team. This role is located in Jersey City, New Jersey. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
Partner with business and technology stakeholders to define, prioritize, and deliver high-impact data products that address complex business challenges and drive measurable outcomes. Own the data product strategy, vision, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives, enterprise architecture, and long-term scalability. Define product requirements, create user stories, prioritize backlogs, and guide cross-functional teams in delivering well-designed, efficient, and scalable data solutions. Analyze market trends, emerging technologies, and competitive developments to inform product strategy, and innovation opportunities. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and success metrics to measure product adoption, business impact, and return on investment. Using subject matter expertise, experience and thought leadership to influence and direct the product management team, key stakeholders and senior leaders. Mentor and develop product owners and team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, and continuous learning. Collaborate with Product/Platform Leadership to share progress, flag challenges, and codify lessons learned. Manage issue escalations and risks.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
Minimum of 10 - 12 years of demonstrated ability in product development and delivery. High degree of proficiency in OKR, Design Thinking, Event Storming, prototyping, iterative development, Scrum, and Agile product development. Passion for changing status quo and driving out-of-the-box ideas. Eagerness to 'roll up the sleeves' in execution and learning; pushes the team to do the same. Strong leadership and influencing skills. Proven ability to prioritize and make data-driven decisions in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills. Bachelor's degree in business or a related discipline.
