Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization: The Global Assistant Manager Storytelling supports the development and execution of the multi-season integrated marketing strategy for the Entertainment collaborations business. This role contributes to the delivery of both short- and long-term communications strategies across global partner campaigns, supporting campaign development, seeding and product placement initiatives, and the management of information flow across internal teams, partners, and agencies. Working in close partnership with PR, Retail Marketing, Product, and Go-to-Market teams, this position helps ensure seamless coordination and best-in-class execution across all entertainment partnerships and key brand moments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and support the timely delivery of communications toolkits for global entertainment partner campaigns and key brand moments.
- Support the organization and coordination of internal and external meetings, including agenda preparation, follow-ups, and action tracking.
- Assist in budget tracking and financial management across partner initiatives and campaign activations.
- Manage and oversee product inventory dedicated to seeding and placement opportunities.
- Ensure product availability and timely delivery to support content creation, campaign shoots, and partner needs.
- Maintain and regularly update campaign trackers, timelines, and key project documentation across all entertainment partnerships.
- Support the coordination of seeding and product placement activities with partners, agencies, and market teams.
- Facilitate information flow and alignment across internal stakeholders, external partners, and agencies to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Support campaign planning and execution across multiple seasons, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met on time.
- Assist in reporting, recapping, and documenting campaign outcomes, learnings, and key performance indicators.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an emerging ability to think strategically and connect business objectives to storytelling opportunities.
- Some experience in storytelling, brand communications, integrated marketing, or related fields.
- Understanding of an evolving marketing landscape and exposure to project management principles and cross-functional ways of working.
- Some experience supporting campaign development, content creation, activations, and integrated marketing initiatives.
- Natural storyteller and visual communicator with an understanding of how stories come to life across multiple consumer touchpoints.
- Ability to collaborate across multiple functions and support internal and external stakeholders, including Product Marketing, Communications, Social, Digital, Retail Marketing, Markets, and external agencies.
- Ability to manage and maintain platforms, trackers, and tools used by multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to manage confidential information and sensitive partner-related materials with discretion and professionalism.
- Understanding of and passion for the sports, fashion, and entertainment industries.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital, Social Media, PR, or a related field.
- 1+ years' industry and/or relevant work experience.
- Fluent written and spoken English language skills.
