Position Description The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and executing the marketing plans for assigned Lifespark accounts (e.g., projects, service lines, departments, etc.). As the marketing liaison between the stakeholder account teams and the Lifespark Marketing shared services department (including Marketing, Communications, and Brand), the Marketing Manager discovers the account goals, the deliverables, and the terms of satisfaction for the stakeholders, and then identifies and executes the marketing tasks to achieve those goals. A solid communicator with knowledge of health care, and talent acquisition, plus a desire to help shape a strong employee culture, the Marketing Manager supports all communications, marketing, and other projects to enable the account and Lifespark to achieve its goals. The Marketing Manager works closely with the Marketing team leaders to help develop and implement the marketing campaign strategy, timelines, and creative direction for each plan. Responsible for turning that strategy into vision, the Marketing Manager outlines the tasks and team members involved and manages all practical aspects from concept through completion for delivering the marketing plan on time and within budget. Position Functions and Responsibilities Marketing & Communications
- Serves as a marketing consultant for the assigned account team(s), providing ideas as well as opportunities to assist and enhance project/program goals.
- Discovers the scope of the project/program initiative, the deliverables, and the terms of satisfaction for the stakeholders, and then identifies the marketing tasks to achieve the marketing plan goals.
- With marketing team leadership, develops the marketing campaign strategy, timelines, and creative direction/concepts for each plan. Responsible for turning that strategy into vision.
- Ensures all marketing assets are on-brand and aligned with Lifespark global business strategy.
- Provides marketing services as appropriate: writing copy, conducting research, producing content, analyzing results, etc.
Project Management
- Develops and coordinates the master marketing plan for assigned accounts, timelines, project files, team members, and budget.
- Collaborates with the appropriate marketing plan team members (including as appropriate outside resources) to delegate tasks and coordinate deliverables.
- Contributes to collateral development including coordinating the use of design, print, and creative vendors by the MarComBrand team.
- Schedules deadlines and fulfills other administrative responsibilities.
- Communicates with stakeholders on marketing plan status and assigned tasks.
- Produces regular reports.
Customer Service
- Builds productive relations with all stakeholders to achieve campaign goals.
- Must be a consistent, accountable team player who leads by positive example - no ego or attitude.
- Performs additional responsibilities as assigned.
Metrics To gauge Marketing Manager effectiveness, results are measured using, but not limited to, the following areas:
- On time/on budget delivery of the marketing support for assigned project/program team.
- Achieve marketing-related metrics for the assigned project/program.
- Establish and maintain above average customer satisfaction.
Qualifications Education
- Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience required, preferably in communications, business, marketing, or English.
- Minimum 5 years' marketing experience, with demonstrated ability to develop and implement results-oriented marketing plans.
- Experience leveraging technology, interactive media, and social media to achieve business goals.
- Health care, talent acquisition, employee engagement, or other relevant marketing experience preferred.
- HubSpot and/or marketing automation experience helpful.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Solid understanding of marketing concepts and applications
- Awareness of how to draft social media messaging and build content calendar
- Excellent writing and interpersonal skills required
- Detail oriented and organized; able to establish actionable timelines
- Works well independently with minimal guidance, takes initiative, and collaborates effectively
- Proficient with technology and technological applications: Microsoft Office, Teams, Adobe Photoshop, Survey Monkey, marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot, Marketing Cloud), Salesforce, WordPress, social platforms

- Client home visits which may include exposure to fumes, gasses, and/or dust and changes in temperature. Some clients may exhibit challenging behaviors including but not limited to hoarding, anger, aggression, depression, or substance abuse.
