Position Summary

The ERP Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day administration, support, and continuous improvement of the organization's ERP system, Microsoft Business Central and related PowerBI apps. This role serves as the primary point of contact for internal users, ensuring the system supports efficient business operations while maintaining data integrity and standardized processes.

As a member of the Operational Efficiency team, the ERP Administrator partners closely with business stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Manufacturing to troubleshoot issues, implement system enhancements, and coordinate with external ERP support partners for advanced technical matters.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary point of contact for end user requests related to ERP and PowerBI system.
  • Troubleshoot functional issues and recognize when and whom to escalate tickets to as needed
  • Execute basic user training in response to errors or points of clarification.
  • Maintain user profiles, permissions and configuration settings in accordance with business processes and policies.
  • Perform routine configuration and maintenance activities.
  • Support software updates, testing and validation activities in coordination with external and internal stakeholders.
  • Assist in maintaining documentation and user guides in support of the ERP system.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration or similar.
  • 0-2 years experience.
  • Experience in maintaining large database systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to execute tasks independently.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central certifications.
  • Experience participating in ERP implementations or upgrades.
  • Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, or Power Platform.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $50,000 - $93,000

Please Note: Actual compensation offered will be determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, internal equity, business considerations, and geographic location where applicable.
