Description Your Role As a Technical Designer - Critical Facilities - Junior in Gensler's Phoenix office, you will play a key role in the production and delivery of complex, technical projects, with a strong emphasis on Revit-based documentation and precision modeling. This is an ideal position for someone early in their career who is passionate about the technical side of architecture. You are a self-starter and critical thinker who enjoys solving problems through detailed execution. You approach your work with an entrepreneurial mindset, take ownership of your output, and have a natural inclination toward precision, systems thinking, and iterative refinement.
