Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and staff by following site-specific procedures, access guidelines, and security-related protocols within a retail location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting site contacts and/or emergency services when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout storefronts, common areas, entrances, exits, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or policy concerns.
• Monitor activity on the property and document observations, incidents, and security-related concerns in accordance with post orders and reporting requirements.
• Assist with directing guests, answering questions, and helping to support an orderly environment during busy shopping periods, opening and closing hours, and/or special events.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
