Job Duties/Responsibilities: As a Mental Health Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting patients on their journey toward recovery and wellness. Working alongside a multidisciplinary team, you will provide compassionate care, promote a safe and therapeutic environment, and help patients develop the skills needed to achieve their treatment goals. This position is available for the following shifts: Child Unit: 7a-7p 7a-3p 3p-11p 7p-7a Job Duties/Responsibilities: Monitor patient safety and provide supportive care in a therapeutic behavioral health environment. Assist patients with daily activities, therapeutic groups, and treatment plan interventions. Years of experience needed - No experience required. Direct patient care experience in a behavioral health setting is preferred. Certifications - Must maintain current CPR certification.
