Location: Hybrid \| Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Compensation: Base Salary + Quarterly Bonus/Commission We are seeking a Financial Advisor / Guidance Consultant to provide financial guidance and client support in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. This is a service-oriented advisory role with no requirement to build or maintain a personal book of business. Key Responsibilities * Provide financial guidance and support to clients through inbound and outbound interactions * Manage client service requests within a structured service queue * Conduct outbound outreach regarding insurance opportunities, RMDs, and other qualifying products and services * Build strong client relationships Qualifications * Fully licensed Financial Advisor * 1+ year of experience providing financial guidance, advice, or client consultations * Strong client relationship and communication skills * Call center advisory experience preferred * Experience as an Advice Specialist, Guidance Consultant, or in a Financial Services client-support environment is highly desirable * Series 7, Series 66 (or equivalent), and Life & Health licenses are a plus (Life & Health can be obtained after hire) Why Join Us? * Competitive compensation with strong incentive potential * Low-turnover team with significant growth opportunities * Ideal for advisors who enjoy guiding clients and building relationships without the pressure of developing their own book of business Apply today!
