The Applications Team Leader is responsible for the supervision of a group of project managers focused on all phases of large, medium and small-scale project management and solution delivery. Responsibilities include the preparation and tracking of work plans, administration of the performance management process, coaching and development of the team. The Project Management team will lead critical work streams on projects, driving results, and ensuring adherence to project management methodologies and established PMO and PMI standards. They are responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with business leaders, PMO, technical teams, and external entities. The Team Leader Applications will also engage in lead roles in PMO facilitation and practices. They will lead efforts to establish and mature project management processes and PMI standards. End Date: 08/05/2026 Pay Range Minimum: $104,083.72 Pay Range Maximum: $156,125.32 The pay range reflects the minimum and maximum for the position at the time of posting and may be modified in the future. The starting salary/pay within the pay range will be based on several factors, as applicable, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, shift, travel requirements, collective bargaining agreements, and business and organizational needs.
