The IT Team Leader - Artificial Intelligence (AI) is responsible for leading the design, development, implementation, and support of AI-powered solutions that enable business innovation, operational efficiency, and improved decision-making across the organization. This role partners with business stakeholders to identify opportunities where artificial intelligence can create measurable value and translate those opportunities into scalable technology solutions. The Team Leader provides technical leadership for AI-focused developers, analysts, and other technology professionals while overseeing the delivery, support, and continuous improvement of AI solutions and platforms across their lifecycle. This position plays a key role in advancing the organization's AI capabilities and fostering the responsible adoption of emerging AI technologies. Job Responsibilities

End Date: 08/06/2026 Pay Range Minimum: $104,083.72 Pay Range Maximum: $169,135.98 The pay range reflects the minimum and maximum for the position at the time of posting and may be modified in the future. The starting salary/pay within the pay range will be based on several factors, as applicable, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, shift, travel requirements, collective bargaining agreements, and business and organizational needs.
