Position Summary The Product Portfolio Manager leads comprehensive product strategy from concept through the full product lifecycle for the thermal product line, managing both a product portfolio and the team responsible for its success. This role defines the thermal product vision and strategy, owns the product roadmap, identifies and validates customer and user needs, and works cross-functionally to deliver best-in-class products that support business objectives. This position balances customer needs, data-driven decision-making, and strong execution to drive product adoption, engagement, sales growth, margin expansion, and overall portfolio performance. The position maintains a primary reporting relationship to the Division Sales and Marketing Manager to ensure alignment with product line, division, and overall business strategies.
