Maintenance Technician - (3rd Shift)

As a Maintenance Technician III, you'll play a critical role in keeping our production equipment operating safely and efficiently while helping us continuously improve our manufacturing processes. This is more than fixing machines-it's about solving problems, preventing downtime, and making an impact every day. Minimum Requirements (Please Read Before Applying) * 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience required * Experience troubleshooting mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical systems * Experience repairing manufacturing equipment in a production environment * Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills * Ability to work 3rd Shift and participate in an on-call rotation * Ability to work occasional weekends when business needs require Preferred Qualifications * Associate Degree in Industrial Maintenance or related field * 4-6 years manufacturing experience * Forklift/Aerial Lift Certification * Lean Manufacturing, CMMS, and Root Cause Analysis experience **Candidates without industrial maintenance experience may not be considered for this role. What You'll Be Doing Equipment Maintenance & Troubleshooting * Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical equipment. * Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns. * Perform preventative maintenance. * Install, modify, and maintain manufacturing equipment. Continuous Improvement * Improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime. * Participate in Lean Manufacturing initiatives. Teamwork * Partner with Production, Engineering, and Quality. * Document repairs and communication on equipment issues.
