Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience
• At least two years of facilities maintenance, property management, or customer-service experience
• Commercial HVAC service-delivery experience required
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Windows
• Ability to type at least 50 words per minute
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage high-volume phone and email communication
• Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to make decisions under pressure
• Dependable attendance and professional work ethic
• Reliable hardwired internet connection for remote work
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills preferred

Job Duties

• Review Excel-based work-order data
• Prioritize communication with HVAC service providers
• Request status updates by phone and email
• Monitor work orders for timely completion
• Update progress in the internal system
• Coordinate escalations, reassignments, and invoicing concerns
• Notify account representatives of required actions
• Provide backup dispatching support
• Serve as the primary contact for assigned HVAC providers
• Maintain accurate service and account records
