Now Hiring: Warehouse Material Handler Location: Devens, MA Pay Rate: $21.00-$22.00 per hour Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM We're hiring a Warehouse Material Handler to join a fast-paced distribution and logistics operation in Devens, MA. This role is ideal for candidates with warehouse, inventory, shipping, receiving, forklift, or material handling experience who enjoy working in a team-oriented environment focused on safety, accuracy, and productivity. Key Responsibilities Receive and unload incoming shipments, verify quantities, and inspect products for damage Pick, pack, label, wrap, and palletize customer orders accurately Load outbound shipments and ensure products are correctly staged for delivery Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock rotation, and inventory transactions Assist with repacking, shrink wrapping, pallet sorting, warehouse organization, and general housekeeping Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines Support additional warehouse and distribution tasks as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred Warehouse, shipping/receiving, distribution, or inventory experience preferred Forklift experience preferred; OSHA Forklift and HAZMAT certifications are a plus Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. safely and perform repetitive physical tasks Strong attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to workplace safety Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities Employee Benefits Medical, dental, vision, and pet insurance 401(k) Retirement Savings Plans Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Commuter/Parking Accounts People Perks Health Savings Account (HSA) AD&D Insurance Apply today to join a growing warehouse team and build valuable experience in logistics, shipping, receiving, inventory control, and material handling operations.
