Join us as the Operations Support Team Lead and shape the backbone of our organization, ensuring seamless service delivery and operational excellence. As the Operations Support Team Lead, you'll oversee day-to-day execution, champion transformative improvements, and empower a team of approximately ten Tier 2 mission operations staff. Your focus will be on maintaining platform resilience, efficiency, and high availability, while driving operational rigor for major mission events. You will lead predictive analytics initiatives, outage readiness planning, and collaborate with technical and business leaders. As a trusted partner to our customer and end users, you will foster a culture of accountability, learning, and high performance. What You'll Work On: Direct leadership of operations support teams to ensure high-quality service delivery and strong operational performance. Strategic oversight of incident management, change management, system capacity planning, and operational readiness. Executive-level reporting on performance, risks, and mission-critical improvement initiatives. Development and tracking of key operational metrics including availability, incident response, and customer impact. Cross-functional collaboration with engineering, IT, product, and business teams to enhance workflows and overall service delivery. Join us. The world can't wait. You Have: 8+ years of experience with progressive IT operations leadership managing technicalteams Experience leading operations support, production operations, or IT operations functions including incident response, problem management, operational monitoring, and service management practices TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph Bachelor'sdegree Ability to obtain a Security+ CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security, or GSEC Certification within 6 months of start date Nice If You Have: Experience supporting large, missiondriven organizations or highavailability environments Experience with military or federal agency mission operations tactics, techniques,and protocols (TTPs) Experience with network engineering, systems administration, and operational tools such as Jenkins, Packer, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, Nessus, JIRA, or Confluence Possession of excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholdermanagement skills Master'sdegree Security+ CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security, or GSEC Certification Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
