Your expertise will not only guide the aesthetic direction but also foster a cohesive and compelling narrative that connects with a global audience, contributing directly to the success and mission of the company.

What You Will Do

  • Lead design strategy and direction for all initiatives, offerings, and critical milestones.
  • Actively participate in marketing, brand, and design discussions, providing valuable feedback during planning and strategy meetings.
  • Proactively take ownership of each project, from initial brainstorms to final production, with minimal instruction.
  • Successfully manage project requests from various stakeholders, balancing workload to meet all deadlines.
  • Utilize strong communication and organizational skills to define project scope, vision, deliverables, key messaging, and necessary assets.
  • Quickly translate ideas and moodboards into sketches, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes, leveraging industry-standard tools.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies engaged for specific projects.
  • Ensure consistency in designs across all company deliverables.
  • Participate in creative reviews with team members, incorporating recommended changes into final designs.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Experience as a project manager and/or creative lead.
  • Expertise with standard design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
  • Strong knowledge of current digital design best practices.
  • A solid understanding of visual design principles, coupled with experience in user-centered design.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing the breadth of your design capabilities.
  • Strong work ethic and personal accountability.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to meet the changing needs of the business.
