Location:Cofer Center Job Summary
Interpreting customer product specifications and industry standards, developing and maintaining cable designs, BOMs and issuing clear, concise manufacturing specifications, using Southwire Engineering Systems/CableBuilder. Communicating with Manufacturing, Sales, Purchasing, and Compliance to ensure specifications are accurate and comply with customer specifications and applicable industry standards. Candidate will support the sales quotation process by analyzing the customer requirements and creating cable designs with necessary details and BOMs for costing as well as maintaining the database for customer specifications, packaging, special requirements and sales correspondence related to quotes and orders. The role will also take a leading role in supporting the R&D New Product Development and Cost Out projects responsible for tasks related to product design and specifications. Key Responsibilities
