The Opportunity with McKinstry McKinstry's fabrication shops are a core operational engine - serving both the Construction and Modular Products divisions and representing one of the company's most significant growth areas. This role owns the technology strategy that enables those shops to operate at scale. As Senior Product Manager for Manufacturing & Fabrication Technology, you will lead the strategy, roadmap, and hands-on execution for the platforms that power McKinstry's fabrication operations - currently Stratus and Acumatica. You will work at the intersection of business operations and technology, translating complex, multi-stakeholder needs into a coherent platform strategy while maintaining the operational fluency to back up your platform PMs when it matters. This is a highly visible, cross-functional role that requires equal comfort in a leadership conversation and a system configuration screen. What You'll Own

The pay range for this position is $99,270 - $169,900 per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A bonus may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
